Backyard needs tidy up.
Good value for money, all needs catered for. Good location, informative and helpful staff. We had room 225. The view was of the back yard which needs a tidy up, otherwise no complaints.

Easy to get to.
Walls thin.
This holel is great for snowboarders and skiers. Has underground parking! Very easy to get to. I'd stay here again.

The quality o the hotel was good in terms of amenities etc.
The manager was the rudest person we had ever experienced whilst staying in hotels. He was sarcastic when we enquired about disability access!
We observed the manager being extremely rude to another customer. We think he is a liability and the owners ought to be aware of this. It was particularly unexpected in friendly customer service orientated USA. ...read more

I liked the free breakfast that was provided, comfortable beds, clean, nice staff.
The worst thing was no air conditioning. The staff said it wasn't needed, but it definitely was and the room was hot and stuffy.
No air conditioning. It cancelled out all the good aspects of this hotel and there were many good aspects.
